Delivery Timelines

Lahore: Same-day delivery for orders placed within working hours.
Islamabad/Rawalpindi: 1-3 business days.
Karachi/Quetta: 3-5 business days.
Other Locations: Delivery times vary depending on the region and selected shipping method.

Note: Delivery times may be longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as socio-political factors, strikes, natural disasters, or other “acts of God” that impact logistics. We will keep you informed in such cases.

Shipping Methods

We offer two primary shipping options to cater to your convenience:

1. TCS Doorstep Delivery:

Provides systemic tracking for your order.
Delivery times may be longer, especially for remote areas.
Additional days may apply based on location.

2. Cargo Delivery via Bus Stations:

Shorter delivery times compared to TCS.
Some bus stations do not offer third-party home delivery services. In such cases, customers must collect their orders directly from the station.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Availability: COD is available for orders under PKR 50,000 and weighing less than 5 kg.
Same-Day COD: Subject to the product’s availability in the ordered city.

Delivery Charges

Prices for our products include doorstep delivery across Pakistan.
Insurance for deliveries is available upon request and will incur an additional charge.

Packaging & Responsibility

We prioritize the safe transit of your orders:

Orders are repacked with additional layers of protective bubble wrap.
Pressing or minor denting of cartons during delivery is a natural occurrence. This does not indicate product damage.
New Pak Surgical is not responsible for damages during transit. If you wish to insure your delivery, please contact us for details.
